EVERY athletic field striping job inside Oklahoma City limits will have a mobilization fee starting at $65.00, Outside Oklahoma City limits STARTING at $150.00 , 30 miles from our office address but within the borders of the state of Oklahoma will be an additional fee.  Out of State mobilization fee Starting at $375.00. It will always depend on how far we need to travel, if we need to reserve overnight or extended stay accommodations, etc. We will always do our best to keep this fee as reasonable as possible. If you are an established client, then your mobilization fee will remain the same as previously billed. Any cancellation of a requested and confirmed job must be made in writing or Email and MUST be confirmed by Michael Todd 7 days prior to the agreed job date. Failure to do so will result in payment of half of the price of the agreed upon job INCLUDING the mobilization fee.   NO EXCEPTIONS

Late Fee Policy:

 As of (update) July 1 2022 any net 5,7,10,20 or 30 invoice that has not been paid within the allotted time will be subject to the late fee of $30.00 or 20% of total bill. Whichever late fee is greater will be the one implemented. This standard will also be applied to all out of pocket expense receipts.  If Payment has not been received within 5 days after the first past due date your invoice will be turned over to legal for collections. All legal fee's incurred for both parties will be at YOUR expense.  (You) Pay the full bill All American Striping pays nothing. We have no wish to ever have to enforce this policy however one thing you can be sure of, If you request our service in whatever time frame short notice or scheduled we will be there. All we ask in return is payment in a timely manner. 

When contracted for a job at a specific date and time it is the responsibility of the site manager to have the surfaces that are to be striped mowed to the appropriate height for matchday readiness. If the sight is not ready for athletic field striping at the agreed upon date and time then a charge of $100.00 per hour wait time will incur until site is prepared and it will be added to your bill upon completion of confirmed contracted job. If asked to reschedule due to failure of site readiness at the agreed time and date a $100.00 rescheduling fee will be added to your bill upon completion of confirmed contracted job. 

If you pay via check and it bounces you will be responsible for the full balance plus an additional $150.00 fee due to the inconvenience or you can pay the full balance in cash. Failure to do either will lead to immediate litigation. You will then be responsible for all attorney fee's for All American Striping LLC and any loss of time to due to having to go to court. That rate will be accrued at $300.00 per hour.
